Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical analyst role.
• Specific experience writing documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences in an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of the development of web based software applications.
• Ability to work across groups to define product features, documenting requirements, and performing workflow analysis.
• Working knowledge of cloud application concepts, data management, and API design.
• Comfort with technical diagramming.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and identification of areas for improvement to processes, systems, and business practices.
• Facilitating communication and management of both large and small scale projects across multiple departments.
• Research, analyze and present pros/cons for solution alternatives.
• Ensuring design maintains the quality and stability of our products.
