Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for DeFi and crypto with an understanding of blockchain economy.
• Hands-on experience with on-chain transactions and smart contract interactions.
• Data analysis experience and great attention to detail for documentation.
• Strong desire to drive efficiency in processes and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Gnosis SAFE and multisignature hardware wallets is preferred.
• Knowledge of DeFi infrastructure and protocols, including Enzyme protocol, is a bonus.
• Quantitative academic background with proficiency in Python for automation.
• Ability to read Solidity/Javascript code is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage DeFi Trade and Investment Operations, including wallet setup and multisig processes.
• Coordinate trade execution with Traders and third parties, adhering to internal trading parameters.
• Assist in setting up on-chain vaults and bespoke wallet infrastructure.
• Eventually assume end-to-end responsibility for on-chain trading activities.
• Assist with fund operations, including rebalancing and performance reporting.
• Contribute to the development of monitoring tools and ongoing risk management.
• Assist with research and data analysis for DAO treasury governance.
