Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, HealthTech, or AI-driven sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing customer success teams and commercial functions.
  • Experience driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Commercial acumen in market access, partnerships, or enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global strategy to drive customer success, commercial growth, and partnerships in key markets.
  • Lead and build the Customer Success team to ensure partner satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
  • Own and drive key accounts, ensuring client retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strategic alliances with healthcare organizations and tech partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define customer success metrics and improve processes.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to drive product improvement.
  • Develop scalable systems for managing customer journeys, renewals, and partnership workflows.
  • Lead and inspire a growing team of account managers and customer success professionals.
