Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required.
• 8 years of relevant experience with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA, or 1 year with a PhD.
• 0-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a research and data-driven environment.
• Advanced project management experience is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is required.
• Familiarity with AP style guide for editing deliverables.
• Ability to obtain NACI for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and serve as Project Lead on complex client programs and projects.
• Host, attend, and participate in team and client meetings to assess and support client needs.
• Manage and oversee the work of junior analysts and subcontractors.
• Coach and mentor junior team members for their professional development.
• Support VA client in defining strategic goals and operationalizing them into objectives.
• Create presentations and conduct proofreading for deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Conduct research and oversee the provision of guidance to the client team.
• Develop project plans and various project deliverables.
• Ensure timely and high-quality submissions to the client.
