Requirements:

• Strong desire to resolve complex issues with detailed understanding.
• Solid analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills based on evidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exposure to interaction with international clients and understanding the impact on patient safety.
• Organized with attention to detail, self-driven, and a fast learner.
• 3-5 years of experience in functional or technical troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT, health care related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on SQL skills, capable of writing and reading SQL objects.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server concepts and Internet Information Services (IIS).

Responsibilities:

• Provide software application support to hospital IT staff via remote administration technologies.
• Interact with international customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems.
• Document inbound requests, ensure proper case documentation, and meet SLAs.
• Educate clients on application functionality and explain software errors.
• Participate in after-hours and on-call support as needed.
