Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in event management, preferably in healthcare or med-tech.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong skills in organization, project management, and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with event management software, CRM, and project management tools.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligning with company goals.
• Design event programs that support sales and promote customer engagement.
• Oversee all aspects of event management and ensure smooth execution.
