Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field is required.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or analytical roles, with a minimum of 2 years in FP&A leadership.
• Preferred mix of corporate and start-up/scale-up experience.
• Knowledge of corporate planning tools and financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement modeling.
• Fluency with SaaS metrics and business models is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of the AdTech or MarTech space is advantageous.
• Experience in public companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s business planning, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Build relationships with business partners across the organization.
• Support monthly financial results review.
• Prepare financial management reporting packages.
• Identify variances in performance and recommend actions.
• Prepare presentations for board, shareholder, and leadership meetings.
• Partner with People Ops on compensation planning.
• Lead strategic data analysis and modeling.
• Administer future financial planning tools.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team.
• Handle special projects as required.
• Support IPO readiness preparation.
