Senior Manager FP&A - Remote from Germany

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field (required).
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles.
• 2+ years of FP&A leadership responsibilities and people management experience.
• Mix of corporate and start-up/scale-up experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of corporate planning tools and financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement modeling.
• Fluency with SaaS metrics and business models.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data analysis.
• Knowledge of the AdTech or MarTech industry (advantageous).
• Experience in public companies (advantageous).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s business planning, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Build relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams to promote ROI and efficiency.
• Support monthly financial result reviews for accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare financial management reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Identify performance variances, recommend actions, and communicate with senior management.
• Prepare presentations for board and leadership meetings.
• Partner with People Ops on compensation planning.
• Participate in data analysis and modeling.
• Implement financial planning tools and efficient processes.
• Build reporting capabilities with the Data and Analytics function.
• Coach and develop the FP&A team.
• Handle special projects and support IPO readiness.
