Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Public Health, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
• 3 years of experience in a non-profit organizational setting.
• 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial management, and analysis.
• 3 years of experience in grant management (pre and post award) in an international NGO.
• 3 years of experience utilizing Salesforce and Smartsheet for Monitoring & Evaluation.
• 3 years of experience navigating donor-specific requirements and reporting.
• 3 years of experience utilizing Excel, Unit4, Oracle BI, and Microsoft Power BI.
• 3 years of experience utilizing CRM software HubSpot.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Publisher for creating publications.

Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in preparing departmental financial reports for internal management.
• Help develop, maintain, and manage departmental budget reflecting Management Team plans.
• Manage the restricted fund management life cycle from proposal stage to reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting and monitoring of PSD’s and Food Systems restricted grants.
• Manage department initiatives and subgrants through their life cycle.
• Implement agency-wide corporate relationship management (CRM) system.
• Conduct ethical screens on companies for unfunded opportunities.
• Plan and execute planning, learning, and evaluation activities.
• Co-lead and facilitate quarterly reporting and assessment of PSD’s progress.
• Coordinate PSD’s internship program including recruitment and training.
