CS Data Analyst

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4), especially in structuring custom reports.
• Expertise in using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) with pivot tables and complex functions.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools, particularly Looker.
• Strong understanding of basic data concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports using BI tools and spreadsheets to track KPIs.
• Analyze client performance by conducting high-level data analysis to identify trends and important takeaways.
• Create data visualizations to communicate complex data concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Understand and extract data from web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and GA4.
• Clean and prepare web analytics data for analysis, identifying outliers and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with Customer Success teams and clients to understand data nuances.
