Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Hands-on technical skills and experience with the Moodle platform, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic business plans and leading complex Services Delivery teams, preferably in a software product company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and a collaborative/team approach.
• A collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for helping Moodle advance its mission.

Responsibilities:

• Bringing together, leading and inspiring a global Moodle Services Delivery team across various functions including Custom Development, Learning Design, Customer Success, and Infrastructure.
• Attracting, developing and leading a high-performance team focused on delivering Moodle services.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for new Moodle services including custom solutions, integrations, themes, applications, and consultancy services.
• Financial management including budget and forecast setting, cost, and revenue management.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to deliver world-class customer service.
