Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field related to software (e.g., software engineering, business informatics, computer science).
• At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working with both technical and commercial sides of an organization.
• Naturally curious, with a love for facts & figures and experience in product metrics.
• Experience with UI/UX design and ideally cross-platform development (Web/mobile).
• Fluency in English and ideally German.
• Background in the construction or real estate industry and/or B2B SaaS products is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Take full feature ownership from ideation to release including research, concept development, developer handoff, developer support, and quality assurance.
• Be at the center of communication between customers, customer success, marketing, sales, and development.
• Interview customers to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Maintain a product roadmap aligned with product strategy.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers on concepts and designs.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to support teams during the release process.
• Analyze product metrics to inform decisions and understand usage patterns.
• Research trends in construction, competitors, and new technologies.
