Requirements:

• 5+ years as an implementation manager or project manager.
• Direct experience in the travel industry (TMC or travel tech startup required).
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead implementations and drive projects to completion.
• Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira.
• Strong ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.
• Experience in creating processes or implementing organizational change.
• Ownership and execution-focused mindset.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with strong analytical thinking.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Growth-oriented with a desire to learn and innovate.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end client onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication during onboarding.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on project commitments and timelines.
• Identify and communicate potential challenges or delays to clients.
• Escalate issues as needed and ensure prompt resolution.
• Provide project management expertise across the business.
