Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration.
  • Associate degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of facilities or commercial real estate experience in an admin capacity.
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.
  • Familiarity with Corrigo CMMS preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee vendor compliance, communication, and development.
  • Approve invoices.
  • Perform oversight and completion of work orders.
  • Assist in problem-solving associated with building services/property management.
  • Initiate new business vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address service concerns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report vendor performance and results.
  • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
  • Act as liaison between accounting teams as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities.
  • Improve processes and systems for client satisfaction.
