Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of consulting or strategy experience in the retail, healthcare, or technology industry.
• 5+ years of business analytics experience with a track record of business impact.
• Proficiency with analytic processes and techniques including machine learning and optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
• Experience with optimization tools.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Retail Analytics team, delivering analytic solutions and insights.
• Support CVS Health’s Front Store business by optimizing product assortment.
• Translate business needs into solvable problems using data science techniques.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Build innovative advanced analytics solutions using cloud capabilities.
