Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven technical leadership skills with the ability to drive technical initiatives and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and cloud computing platforms/tools.
• Expertise in architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Extensive experience evaluating and improving Generative AI systems powered by Large Language Models.
• Experience designing and building cloud-based Generative AI applications in AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and robust Generative AI architectures that fulfill performance, reliability, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate Generative AI systems into the overall technology stack.
• Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and platforms for Generative AI development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to AI, data, and development teams.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and effectively communicate technical concepts.
