Requirements:

• Advanced level of English required; fluency in other languages is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in learning design focused on learning excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in creating content for adult learners with knowledge of current learning science.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and implementing improvements to learning products, user experience, and feedback analysis.
• Support the development and updating of course outlines and learning objectives.
• Contribute to the design and development of learning materials and assessments.
• Monitor the quality of learning content and ensure adherence to established methodologies.
• Maintain project documentation and support senior colleagues in training and content delivery.
