Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
• PA certification in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or Special Education is necessary.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching K12 students, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter (Math, Reading, ELA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple students and assignments.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online instructional sessions for individuals or small groups using the provided curriculum.
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Provide clear explanations and examples to help students grasp difficult concepts.
• Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain organized records of all tutoring sessions and student progress.
