• Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
• Primary focus on backend development with a solid understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Angular.
• Experience with the tech stack mentioned, including .NET technologies.
• Desire to be hands-on in development and promote a learning culture within the team.
• Experience in assessing system architecture and addressing code quality issues.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
