Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in blockchain, web3, or SaaS.
• Functional experience with zk Proofs and cloud architecture.
• Technical background in software development, cryptography, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and domain expertise with JIRA and Github.

Responsibilities:

• As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you will shape Midnight’s product future and technology.
• You will create feature requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and develop epics and user stories.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• You will balance business needs with technical requirements and recommend alternative approaches as needed.
• You will identify user needs and drive product releases while continuously reviewing business needs and risks.
