Requirements:

• Proven experience as a leader in the development of multi-purpose environments or related fields.
• Experience in team building and leadership with excellent mentorship and coaching skills.
• Strong technological background related to the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven product management experience in Platform scope.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 6-9 senior engineers while making technical decisions that align with project requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical leader to develop a technological strategy.
• Facilitate communication within the team and across departments to align on project goals.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Act as a hands-on project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members while helping to assess performance and set career goals.
