Requirements:

• Qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Effective communicator who seeks clarification as needed.
• Track record of identifying process improvements.
• Proactive in problem-solving and streamlining workflows.
• Meticulous and reliable, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Located in EST time or +/- 1 hour.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer and partner payment processes: validate payment data, manage destination wallet addresses, and process payments.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address and resolve payment inquiries.
• Take ownership of month-end tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor wallets and balances by utilizing block explorers and internal data sources; collaborate closely with the accounting team.
• Investigate transactions to assist the accounting team in tracking token movements and revenue.
• Conduct research on new blockchain protocols and prepare documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
