• 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution of endpoints.
• 2+ years' experience working with Anti-Virus, DLP, encryption, and VPN.
• Basic understanding of security protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for the endpoint security infrastructure across a large enterprise.
• Work with developers, application owners, end-users, and security teams.
• Support endpoint solutions and maintain security across the enterprise.
