• Practical understanding of sales tools such as CRM platforms and lead tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Must be detail-oriented and creative with a client-first mentality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment.
• Organizational skills and solid communication skills in English.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for SDRs.
• Monitor and analyze individual and team performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve results.
• Develop and implement strategies based on CRM data and analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment on lead generation goals.
• Create and present performance reports with insights to senior management.
• Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs to excel in lead qualification.
• Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting and recognition programs.
• Optimize workflows and tools to enhance SDR efficiency.
• Manage resources effectively and ensure adherence to best practices.
