Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing product and engineering teams.
• Experience in the insurtech or fintech industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Python/Flask, JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Vue.js, React, React Native, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS.
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
