Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing product and engineering teams; experience in insurtech or fintech is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with technologies such as Python/Flask, JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, React, React Native, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Netlify.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies with a track record of integrating them into business strategies.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and best practices in engineering and product management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
