Responsibilities:
- Oversee the enhancement of account management workflows.
- Implement tools to assess client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the internal advocate for client needs and expectations.
- Build and develop a high-performing AM team through mentorship and training.
- Participate in business discussions for company operations and strategy.
- Collaborate with other teams to align on goals and client expectations.
- Ensure proper tracking of costs and invoices by the AM team.
