Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a People Operations role.
- Expert business acumen and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Familiarity with global benefit best practices.
- Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity and prioritize projects.
- Startup experience preferred.
- Strong situational adaptability in communication.
- Passion for program development and policy improvements.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms.
- High level business acumen and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong partnership skills within the People organization and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with People team leadership to maintain processes related to talent acquisition and employee lifecycle.
- Ensure employees receive required training and development.
- Serve as an internal resource for employee development needs.
- Provide guidance for developing managerial talent.
- Drive evolution and execution of benefits programs.
- Support day-to-day administration of People programs.
- Automate reporting on employee trends using data.
- Act as a first-line support for employees regarding people programs.
- Lead new hire orientations and onboarding process.
- Handle ad-hoc People Ops/Benefits projects as needed.
