  • Expert business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Familiarity with global benefit best practices.
  • Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity and prioritize projects.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Strong situational adaptability in communication.
  • Passion for program development and policy improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with People team leadership to maintain processes related to talent acquisition and employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure employees receive required training and development.
  • Serve as an internal resource for employee development needs.
  • Provide guidance for developing managerial talent.
  • Drive evolution and execution of benefits programs.
  • Support day-to-day administration of People programs.
  • Automate reporting on employee trends using data.
  • Act as a first-line support for employees regarding people programs.
  • Lead new hire orientations and onboarding process.
  • Handle ad-hoc People Ops/Benefits projects as needed.
