Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute QGenda’s Salesforce strategy.
  • Lead QGenda’s cross-functional Salesforce Governance Team.
  • Manage Salesforce administrators and ensure platform knowledge.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and create user stories.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with department heads for platform effectiveness.
  • Conduct design sessions and user testing.
  • Translate epics into user stories for stakeholder needs.
  • Lead Agile Scrum meetings for project delivery.
  • Document new features and communicate changes.
  • Enable efficient use of Salesforce across departments.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance for improvement.
