Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of events management and execution experience in the US.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, sheets, and slides.
• Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing/marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-event management including kick-off calls, supplier management, and logistics coordination.
• Onsite event management including setup, breakdown, and photography.
• Post-event reporting and analysis with stakeholders.
• Meeting agreed-upon targets for lead generation and budget management.
