Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 - 7 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of elearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate.
• Experience working with an LMS.
• Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design Methodologies.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify knowledge and performance gaps.
• Research content through interviews, courses, focus groups, and reliable sources.
• Incorporate adult learning theory and best practices into learning plans.
• Employ rapid instructional design techniques in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage learning technologies to develop and implement learning solutions.
• Stay informed on automotive and digital marketing trends.
• Provide feedback on peer content.
• Act as a lifelong learner in relevant domains.
• Administer surveys to measure training effectiveness.
