Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience across at least two HR disciplines.
• Strong record of influence and collaboration with organizational leaders.
• Demonstrated knowledge linking HR and business strategy.
• Experience in problem analysis, solution identification, and strategic plan implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior business leaders to drive business strategy and profitability.
• Consult, coach and influence senior leadership on key organizational changes.
• Collaborate with business leaders on associate development, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Support significant organizational change initiatives and act as a liaison between HR and business units.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and drive performance improvement.
