Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years customer service related experience.
• Good knowledge of systems capabilities and software platforms.
• Knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
• Proficient in PC office software and segmentation tools.
• Excel intermediate level.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of CPMS batch products and services.
• Coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Critiques customer specifications.
• Develops and executes project plans including program flows.
• Develops mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
• Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
• Makes technical decisions on project direction using modeling techniques.
• Serves as project manager for program scheduling.
• Conducts final quality analysis on programs.
• Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
• Assesses client business requirements and identifies new business opportunities.
• Supports other team members by reviewing programs.
• Prepares and processes program billing.
• Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
