Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required, preferred college degree or technical school.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role and 5 years in a service position.
• Must have skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional courses in business, engineering, or mechanical are desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate field service activities to ensure performance of Signode power equipment.
• Manage a team of 10-13 Field Service personnel, supporting over 1,000 customer accounts.
• Review work orders for accuracy and follow up on service calls as needed.
• Approve timecards, expense reports, and annual maintenance agreements.
• Accountable for growth and margin through sales of maintenance agreements.
• Provide supervision and training for technicians.
• Build relationships with customers for service collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
