Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Russian is required.
  • 2-3 years of inside sales, call center, telephonic outreach, or similar experience is required.
  • Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of our program.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and judgment ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Passion for healthcare and change in the healthcare environment.
  • Strong proficiency in computer software navigation.
  • Comfort in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an internal expert on the member and caregiver onboarding experience, owning outreach, education, and remote onboarding.
  • Manage a call list to educate members and care teams on the Vesta Healthcare program.
  • Coordinate with members, caregivers, and families for program consent and acceptance.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Team to schedule virtual visits for onboarding.
  • Partner with Program Engagement Coordinators for successful transition of newly onboarded members.
  • Distill learnings from conversations and share with Client Success, Business Operations, and Product teams.
  • Manage responsibilities with performance targets for call volume, acceptance, and conversion.
  • Track activities for compliance and function in a fast-paced startup environment.
