Senior Project Manager II

Requirements:

• BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience.
• Experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall management techniques.
• Experience with Confluence/JIRA and understanding of CMS and eCommerce platforms.
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead and motivate diverse teams on various types of projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
• Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
• Function as Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor and report project status, scope changes, and timeline risks.
• Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders, ensure efficient meetings, and resolve conflicts.
