Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in public health, health care administration, nonprofit administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a leadership level management/supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with diverse populations and organizations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience managing a team with health industry focus.
  • Strong strategic planning skills and outcome-driven approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and leads implementation of the Community Impact strategy.
  • Manages, coaches, and develops leadership staff for the Community Impact constituency.
  • Ensures responsibilities and accountability of direct reports are clear.
  • Achieves Community Impact KPIs through health system and partnership engagement.
  • Collaborates with Patient Support Pillar Leadership.
  • Develops area strategy and manages a team of leaders.
  • Tailors strategies to match needs of health care systems and community partners.
  • Ensures integration with Patient and Caregiver Services for quality delivery.
  • Identifies strategies for serving disparate populations.
  • Partners with ACS CAN, Discovery and Development on strategies.
  • Responsible for budgeting, financial control, and compliance.
  • Demonstrates integrity, collaboration, and stewardship.
  • Recruits and recognizes volunteers for mission priorities.
