Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in user interface design, working on projects like rich web apps, mobile applications, and enterprise/B2B software.
• Versatile skillset for UI design, making user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
• Ability to guide clients and development teams in a user-centered design process.
• Extensive knowledge of design tools such as Miro, Figma, or equivalents.
• Good understanding of modern web technology constraints and possibilities.
• Practical experience in user testing.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients clarify and enhance their business objectives through the lens of design.
• Plan and execute UX research on small-scale projects.
• Collaborate with client design groups on contributing to design systems and maintaining brand adherence.
• Explore and work on accessibility standards.
• Facilitate workshops and creative problem-solving sessions.
