Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in user interface design.
• Versatile skillset comfortable in UI design, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
• Experience helping teams drive a user-centered design process.
• Extensive knowledge of design tools such as Miro and Figma.
• Understanding of modern web technology constraints and possibilities.
• Practical experience with user testing and customer evaluations.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients clarify and enhance their business objectives through design.
• Plan and execute UX research on small scale projects.
• Collaborate with client design groups on design systems and brand adherence.
• Facilitate workshops and creative problem-solving sessions.
• Design software and user experiences focusing on the intersection of business, user, and technology.
