Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in fund operations.
• Proven ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to clarify complex concepts.
• Strong understanding of hedge fund structures and fund accounting, particularly Cayman, Luxembourg and Delaware.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading processes and investment instruments.
• Understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain concepts, with an interest in industry developments.
• College degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the fund's day-to-day operations including trade settlement, accounting, and cash management.
• Ensure processes align with investment strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with investment teams for trade lifecycle support.
• Supervise reconciliation and settlement activities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure performance standards.
• Implement trading and back-office systems with the IT team.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams for regulatory adherence.
• Oversee operational risk management and internal/external reports.
• Provide operational insights to senior leadership and investors.
