Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related capacity.
• Experience in fraud management is preferred.
• Experience in Vendor Management and Oversight is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Advanced Excel preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Support oversight of TD Fraud vendor portfolios while generating insights and driving direction.
• Accountable for delivering objectives, projects, process changes, and reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic countermeasures.
• Participate in fraud loss forecasting exercises and implement procedure changes.
• Leverage reporting to identify fraud trends and provide insights.
• Manage fraud vendors and provide operational performance updates.
