Requirements:

• Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role.
• Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
• Two years or more with healthcare experience.
• Exposure to various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high performing team to provide high quality services focused on exceeding client expectations.
• Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress and addressing gaps.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and regular communication with direct reports.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, partner with internal teams, and manage recruitment strategies.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to drive decisions and participate in client meetings.
