• Ability to remain neutral and explain cultural concepts.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Renders correct concepts and meanings between Gujarati and English, following complexity, clarity, tone, and style.
• Provides strict renditions of conversations, prepared for challenging calls.
• Employs good customer service skills, clear enunciation, and professional voice.
• Follows instructions for clients and manages call flow without taking over.
• Remains calm during difficult situations, especially in emergencies.
• Ensures punctuality and availability during scheduled hours.
