Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or project management roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
• Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a similar strategic role is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Exceptional strategic and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in process design and project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the executive team to define priorities and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Lead high-impact initiatives across the organization aligned with long-term goals.
• Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies with scalable solutions.
• Lead change management efforts for new processes and tools.
• Act as a central hub for communication and alignment across departments.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure success.
