Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in a high-tech environment.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities for performance review.
• Knowledge of consumer finance offerings, integrated software, and e-commerce preferred.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts across various industries to build long-term partnerships.
• Handle contract renewals, pricing updates, and account expansions.
• Develop proactive client management strategies to increase GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and suggest programs for product adoption and program optimization.
• Ensure relationship health between Affirm and merchants for mutual value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance Affirm's offerings.
