• Expertise in scaling human data or talent supply ecosystems focused on quality, efficiency, and diversity.
• Experience in developing an accredited AI research and development workforce that meets current and future client demands.
• Strong background in leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and execute scalable operational frameworks.
• Experience in designing training, certification, and upskilling programs.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Skilled at managing stakeholders and aligning teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle processes, including ethical considerations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the vision and strategy for Prolific’s human data operations.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team focused on participant acquisition, onboarding, enrichment, support, and task performance monitoring.
• Build a scalable operating model to ensure a high-quality supply pipeline for AI customers.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding, including domain experts and taskers, ensuring scalability and diversity.
• Drive development of comprehensive upskilling programs for AI customer requirements.
• Ensure training initiatives are implemented via Prolific’s platform.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance platform features.
• Act as primary contact for strategic AI customer projects.
• Build relationships with SMEs for domain-specific tasks.
