Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 13+ years with an advanced degree.
• 10+ years of managerial experience.
• 15+ years hands-on experience implementing SAP ECC and S/4 applications.
• Expertise in SAP development languages (SAP ABAP, BTP application development).
• S/4 migration experience using brownfield, bluefield, or greenfield approaches.
• Techno/functional experience of global end-to-end processes.
• Track record of leading technology development teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, execution, and transition of ECC to S/4 with the goal of moving to clean core.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for SAP Development and Archiving in the existing SAP ECC environment and plan the move to S/4.
• Hands-on manager of the SAP Development team including ABAP, SAP IS, and Application Development in BTP.
• Lead the transition to a new SAP S4 environment, including custom code cleanup and simplification.
• Direct the S4 preparation archiving initiative to reduce SAP database size through SAP archiving tools.
• Implement AI technologies in SAP development and archiving to reduce costs and transition time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results and manage large-scale implementations.
