Requirements:
  • API and service development in Python and/or Go.
  • Production tested cloud-native development fundamentals including horizontal scaling and security fundamentals.
  • Experience with software error assessment tools like Sentry, DataDog, etc.
  • Container-based development and deployment using Docker.
  • Familiarity with multiple transports and formats (e.g., REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
  • Proficiency in source control tools such as git, svn or perforce.
  • Experience working with an agile team using collaborative development tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Build out high quality APIs and web services providing a scalable, efficient and tailored set of interfaces.
  • Design, document and deploy public interfaces that are user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Work alongside SRE to ensure a stable software development lifecycle.
  • Develop test cases and enhance automated testing to ensure high engineering standards.
  • Identify and address unforeseen issues to improve Coalition's operations.
