• 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, or a motivated young professional with an atypical background.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the hiring process from A to Z: write job descriptions, post openings, look for top talent, lead prescreening calls, manage the first round of interviews, gather feedback.
• Keep interview plans running smoothly by coordinating schedules.
• Ensure a candidate experience that reflects corporate culture.
• Stay on top of applicant data in the ATS and contribute to crafting reports.
• Use data and sourcing tools to improve the hiring process.
• Lead the Internship Program and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
• Champion diversity and ensure inclusive hiring practices.
