  • Keep interview plans running smoothly by coordinating schedules.
  • Ensure a candidate experience that reflects corporate culture.
  • Stay on top of applicant data in the ATS and contribute to crafting reports.
  • Use data and sourcing tools to improve the hiring process.
  • Lead the Internship Program and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
  • Champion diversity and ensure inclusive hiring practices.
