• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• 3-6 years of progressive finance experience in a high-growth or digital environment.
• Understanding of marketing channels like Search, Social, Influencers, Media.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Excel, Netsuite, and data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Finance business partner to Growth teams for budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making in Marketing.
• Track business performance against forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis to improve ROI and marketing spend.
• Own the growth forecasting process and collaborate with Accounting on financial analysis.
• Lead the creation of business reviews for stakeholders, focusing on financial performance and growth.
