Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, especially with public companies.
• SHRM certification is required.
• Experience working with a US-based employee population.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and influencing changes.
• Experience supporting technology, international, or M&A-focused organizations.
• Google Workspace experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily benefits support to the Olo team, including addressing benefits-related questions.
• Maintain and recommend improvements to benefits programs, processes, and structures.
• Perform regular audits of benefits to ensure compliance with plan guidelines.
• Assist with the annual open enrollment process, including planning meetings and employee education.
• Support new wellness initiatives and existing programs.
• Ensure a user-friendly employee benefits experience.
• Stay updated with market data trends for program competitiveness.
