Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial accountant role.
• High level of financial accounting and analytical skills, Australian experience required.
• Proficiency in accounting and project management software like Xero, Monday.com, Abtrac, Tableau, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong personality with confidence to communicate effectively.
• Positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ethical, reliable, and committed to high professional standards.
• Willing to work AU shift and in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor financial systems for accurate transaction recording.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Assist in debtor management and collaborate with team members on financial inquiries.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
